Tar-Rizorsi Konsulenti, Ltd is a Republic of Malta limited company (“TRKL”), translated and trade marked as the “Resource Council.” The Resource Council manages in real time, on behalf of its affiliate Natura Protezzjon, Ltd. commonly referred to as “The Conservancy,” the application of extraordinary technologies to real world requirements for water, power, housing and food on a humanitarian basis.

 

Toward this end, the Resource Council advises the Conservancy related to its investment in technologies related to its core mission and research directed at advancing those technologies. Royalties, licensing fees and or other commercial arrangements related to the deployment of these technologies augment the endowment underlying the Conservancy. This commercialization in addition coordination with sovereigns provide the economic basis for the Conservancy’s ongoing employment of the Resource Council to manage these humanitarian missions.

 

The Resource Council provides the Conservancy a management team qualified to address each bespoke sovereign engagement to deploy its technology. The Resource Council conducts each such engagment in conformity with our mission statement and unerringly ethical standards.
