Stuart Hamon, LLD, ACIB, Managing Director

Stuart is an accomplished lawyer in both the United Kingdom and United States. Further, he is a member of the American Bar Association and holds a Ph.D. in International Law. Still further, he is a qualified private banker with over 30 years of experience in financial and legal banking consultation. Concurrently, Stuart has worked closely with sovereigns, private, corporate and institutional clients as an experienced advisor. Stuart has extensive background in international capital structures, investment funds, structured finance, private equity, trust and foundation establishment, IP registration, global property markets and cross border transactions. Stuart has had and continues to focus upon humanitarian projects that address financially sustainable, environmentally responsible objectives.

 

Stuart has direct experience as a principal in the operations of businesses including project management operations; flowing from successful businesses ventures in the U.A.E. and Switzerland. Additionally, Stuart has been engaged as Managing Director of several international fiduciary concerns.
